  • Q: What is the cost of your program to hospitals?

    A: There are no setup, license, or maintenance fees for Reptrax. Contact us for a webinar to learn how we do this.

  • Q: What is the cost or your program to our vendors?

    A:No charge base memberships for 100% of your vendor population. You decide which vendors based on their category need to upgrade to the $150 univeral membership which is valid for our national network of hospitals.

  • Q: If a vendor is already in your database do they have to pay again to have access to our hospital?

    A: Absolutely not. The vendor pays one fee for the entire network of hospitals.

  • Q: How many vendor companies are in your database?

    A: We have over 6500 vendor companies.

  • Q: How long does it take to deploy your software?

    A: You can have the software fully deployed in four minutes.

  • Q: What are the hardware requirements?

    A: Any off the shelf computer that accesses the internet and a DYMO 400/450 Label Writer (Specific specs will be provided at kick off meeting).

  • Q: Who is responsible for managing documents and their expiration dates?

    A: Reptrax does 100% of the document management - you are completely removed from this process.

  • Q: What is the cost to the vendor?

    A: All vendors receive a no charge, no commitment Base Membership. Sign Up Now!

  • Q: I have more than one Reptrax hospital - do I have to pay per hospital?

    A: Absolutely not. Once you are in, your membership is good for ALL of your Reptrax hospitals at no additonal fees.

  • Q: How do I get my free Base Membership?

    A: You can either sign up from our website or at one of your particpating hospitals.

  • Q: How do I upgrade to a Premium Membership?

    A: Once you log into your Base Membership account the website will walk you through the upgrade process.

  • Q: How will I know if I have to upgrade?

    A: If your hospitals policies dictate that your need to submit credentials to Reptrax then there is the need to upgrade to a Premium account. If there are no credential requirements then there is no fee to you.

  • Q: Who determines what credentials I need?

    A: The hospital has 100% responsiblity for determining your requirements. Reptrax has ZERO authority to determine your hospitals' policies.

  • Q: Do you sell my information to anyone?

    A: Absolutely not - Never have, never will. Please visit About > Security & Privacy > Privacy Policy.

  • Q: Do I have to provide my Social Security number or Driver's License number?

    A: Absolutely not - be very wary of those that ask for this information.

  • Q: Can I control which hospitals see my information?

    A: Yes - you dictate which hospitals have access to your information.

  • Q: How secure is my information?

    A: We have invested in the best of breed security (SAS70) that goes far beyond the normal industry standards.
