Be the Lowest Cost System in Healthcare

• 100% of your vendors are entitled to a no charge base membership.
• 60% of all representatives that join Reptrax pay zero fees.
• 40% of the vendors are required by their hospitals to upgrade to a fee-based annual premium membership.
• ALL Reptrax memberships are universally accepted across all Reptrax hospitals for one flat annual fee. Memberships are not based on a fee per hospital.

Remain Neutral to Avoid Conflict of Interest

• 100% of the policies and credential requirements come from the hospitals. We believe a vendor credentialing company that influences "who" and "what" should be credentialed have a serious conflict of interest.
• Reptrax does not employ manufacturer representatives to sell our services. Many of the manufacturer representatives sell products that compete with the people they are credentialing giving them access to your vendor's sales activity.

NEVER Jeopardize Employees' Identities

• Under no circumstances will Reptrax ask your employees for social security or driver's license number.
• Our data is hosted in a SAS70 Type II certified environment and employs the strictest security settings.
• All of our credentialers are HIPAA trained.
