• Myth: All Reptrax memberships require a fee.

  Reality: No, this is not the case at all. To determine what kind of membership your hospital requires simply just sign up today for your no charge "Base" membership.

• Myth: Reptrax requires Social Security Numbers and/or Driver's License Numbers

  Reality: Absolutely not! In fact if you send us any documentation with that information we will not accept it.

• Myth: Reptrax employs Manufacturer Reps who sell competing medical devices and have access to my sales activity.

  Reality: No - this trend is very bothersome to us. Competing platforms leverage manufacturer networks that also sell competing devices, and we find this to be a disturbing conflict of interest.

• Myth: Reptrax charges a fee per hospital

  Reality: No - charging on a per hospital basis would be far too expensive to the vendor.

• Myth: Reptrax will sell my information.

  Reality: No - our terms and condition explicitly outline how we do not sell your information.

• Myth: Reptrax creates the credential and policy requirements that my hospitals are requiring?

  Reality: No - In fact, we view this as another conflict of interest. Therefore we give the hospitals 100% of the responsibility of determining credential requirements and policies.
